Services Included
Towing Allowance
We will reimburse you for towing charges of up to $60 (sixty) Canadian dollars per occurrence if the breakdown is covered under your contract.*
Travel and Hotel Allowance
We will reimburse you for a maximum of up to $150 (one hundred and fifty) Canadian dollars per claim if the breakdown is covered under your contract while traveling and that You are more than 150 kilometres (one way) from Your residence and the labour time exceeds 8 hours according to the Labour Guide and requires that the Covered Vehicle be kept in the repair facility overnight.
Expenses can include costs for lodging, meals, phone calls and alternate transportation*
Unlimited Kilometers
No mileage restriction for the total term of the contract.*

Transfer Case (4x4 / AWD)
All internally lubricated parts including; case, gears and sprockets, chain. (excluding seals and gaskets).*
Seals and Gasket(s)
All seals & gaskets used to obtain ?uid & lubricants within the covered parts including Cylinder Head Gasket(s), intake and exhaust manifold gasket(s). Minor leaks of ?uids are considered normal and are not covered.*
Turbo and Supercharger
Housing, waste gate controller, intercooler, hard lines, compressor, clutch and pulley, bypass valve and ducting. (excluding seals and gaskets).*
Air Conditioning System
evaporator, receiver dryer.(excluding seals & gaskets unless the option has been purchased).*
Electrical System
Starter motor & solenoid, alternator & voltage regulator, radiator fan motor, front and rear windshield wiper motors and windshield washer pumps.
Hi-tech Power Equipment
Engine-mounted electronic cruise control components, automatic temperature control/programmer dash display unit, main dashboard digital display cluster (speedometer, tachometer, odometer, fuel, oil, temperature and voltage displays only), power door lock actuators and switches, power window motors and switches, power seat switches, power sun roof motor and switch, fuel pump, ABS pressure regulator and pump, internal transmission/transfer case electronic engagement components, wastegate controller and intercooler. Excluding: computer system, high pressure fuel pump.*

Normal Wear & Excessive Use On Covered Parts
In the event of a Breakdown or failure of a covered part under this Contract, We will cover the part, even if the covered part is simply worn out and/or damaged by overheating, according to Your selected coverage plan and Your maximum liability limits per claim. However a sliding scale of payments reduces the amount payable for parts and labour on higher mileage vehicles.*
Heating And Cooling System
Radiator fan motor and blades, fan clutch, heater control valve and coolant recovery unit.*
Front Suspension System
Upper and lower control arms, upper and lower ball joints.*
Steering System
Rack and pinion assembly, power steering pump, steering gear.*
Rental Car Allowance
In the event of a breakdown or failure of a covered part under this contract we will reimburse you for a rental car to a maximum of $35 (thirty five) CDN per each 8 hours of repair time according to the Mitchell labor guide.*
GPS And Backup Camera System
Manufacturer-installed units only. (excluding wiring, wiring harness and CD/DVD mechanisms).*
Supplementary Parts
ENGINE PARTS: Water pump, motor mounts, oil pan, harmonic balancer and pulley, intake and exhaust manifolds.*
DRIVELINE: CV Axle shafts, CV joints and boots, hanger bearings.*

Braking System
Master cylinder, vacuum assist booster, disk brake calipers, wheel cylinders, proportioning valve, flexible brake fluid hoses and hydraulic steel lines & fittings. (excluding brake pads, linings, rotors, drums and emergency brake components).*
* Warranty coverage is for both parts and labour and includes only those parts listed under the selected warranty plan and selected add-on option(s). All other non-listed parts are excluded from warranty coverage, and their replacement or repair would not be covered under warranty
* We calculate the required labour time for all approved claims using a flat-rate hourly system published in an industry-accepted guide listing such as MITCHELL PRODEMAND and/or ALLDATA REPAIR, as is customarily used in the automotive business.
* Labor rate is capped at $84.99 Per Hour.
